Oh life! 

You are not so simple,

not so linear,

as I once thought of you,

You are so complicated,

Full of confusions and uncertainties,

You are unpredictable, sometimes incomprehensible,

 

Oh life!

What you are actually?

Sometimes you show kindness like mother,

Other times you show cruelness like a wild beast,

Sometimes you make me feel proud,

Other times you make me feel dejected and disappointed.

 

Oh life!

Tell me why?

You bring happiness and love sometimes,

And soon duo become nightmares

You make the eyes glow and delight sometimes

And soon eyes become wells of tears.

 

Oh life!

Don’t you ever feel what you do with me,

Don’t you think what you do affect me,

Do you ever think I exist because of you?

Find a few moments to rethink what you do.

Oh life!

Come on, don’t hide secrets from me

Don’t estrange me, don’t isolate me,

Come on, be predictable and simple and accessible to me,

Live in harmony with me

with all the qualities and limitations of ours known and understood,

let’s accept that I can be wrong and so you can be,

let’s talk and resolve and see what the life can be,

lets our relationships germinate, grow, bloom, wither and disappear

as the nature want it to be.

Allow me to listen to you

And manage to listen to me,

Lets live as we and leave behind you and me.
