Getting rid for
betterment and survival.
Someone known
to me and who works in medical field one day told me one thing during a
discussion. He said that, it is obvious and unambiguous that we care and give
equal importance to each and every part of our body like mouth, hands, head and
other body parts. Simply because we are well aware that each and every part of
our body is equally important and play its role in the functioning and well
being of the body system, so each part deserve equal respect and care. Each part
comprise each unit of a whole complex system. But sometimes it happens that any
one part of our body get malfunctioned, we try our level best to correct it but
even after multiple efforts we cannot correct it. Soon it gets out of control
and becomes cancerous. Once it becomes cancerous, it puts other parts of body
into grave risk. If you have to save other parts of the body, you have to cut or
remove that part, not because you don’t like that part but because that is the
only option. You remove that very part to ensure the survival and well being of
other parts.
Sometimes,
same happen with us in our life. Some thoughts, some important things become so
dangerous for us that they put our life on risk. You don’t want to abandon them
but you have to do that in order to save yourself. It can be viewed as an act
of selfishness but it is necessary. Sometimes, bad memories, mishappenings
become so dangerous for you that they kill the positivity and hope inside
yourself. There is a need to identify such cancerous thoughts and get rid of
them, or our life will become dangerous for us.
